When does the program start and end?
We arrive at Kalani Retreat Center by 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 24, and complete at noon on Saturday, September 30.
Where can I learn more about Kalani Retreat Center?
Kalani Retreat Center is a spectacular oasis on the Big Island in Hawaii. It is a nonprofit wellness center that creates transformational learning. It is a truly special place deep in the jungle, hosting many special wellness events.
What kind of lodging is available?
- Double occupancy with shared bath. SOLD OUT
- Single occupancy with a shared bath. SOLD OUT
You have the option of:
- Double occupancy with private bath
Fresh towels, linens, and basic toiletries are provided. The property also includes a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, a shared kitchen area and forest trails.
What kind of meals will we have?
All meals will be prepared on sight, and the retreat center is well versed in accommodating various dietary needs. Meals can be adapted to meet your needs.
What’s the closest airport to Kalani and how do I get there?
Hilo airport is a 45-60 minute drive from Kalani, and the Kona airport is approximately a 2.5 hour drive. Contact Kalani directly for support in connecting to local drivers for $95 per person each way from Hilo only, to be arranged ahead of time. Rental cars are highly recommended for easy travel to and from our remote location.
What if I need to arrive late or leave early?

Can I expect internet access and cell reception?
There is Wifi in all facilities and accommodations. The WiFi can be weak with the rural setting. So consider your week a time to unplug from your daily life. Our days are full, so please clear your calendar so you can immerse yourself fully.
I’ve never done a retreat like this before. How do I know if the Energy Activator & Immersion is right for me?
